From the beginning, Hot Juice Electric was created to produce two basic products; the "Chassis Juicer" (DC-DC converter) and the "Motor Juicer" (motor controller).  The goal for these two products is ultra high performance and reliability.  Since Hot Juice Electric was started with practically no capital, a high volume product, the BEQ1, was produced to generate the capital needed to launch the Chassis Juicer and the Motor Juicer.

It turns out the production methods appropriate for low volume high power products are not the same for smaller high volume products such as the BEQ1.  As a result, the BEQ1 is dominating the production efforts and diluting the progress of our "core" products.  We certainly appreciate the success of the BEQ1, however, we feel compelled to direct our attention back to the products that Hot Juice Electric was created for.

With that said, we are announcing the sale of the BEQ1 design to an organization more suited to produce that type of product.  The sale includes the patent pending design and remaining stock parts.  The sale would also include the concept block diagram design for the BEQ2, a dramatic improvement over the BEQ1.  A preliminary patent search suggests the BEQ2 is also patent worthy.
