Danger!

The electrical systems of electric vehicles contain lethal voltages and energy levels.

Installation of Hot Juice Electric products requires knowledge and experience of working with electric vehicle electrical systems.

The installer of Hot Juice Electric products assumes the responsibility for safe work practices and the resulting safety of the installation.

Do not attempt to install any Hot Juice Electric product without sufficient knowledge to competently and safely work with lethal voltage and energy storage systems.  Otherwise, refer installation to a qualified technician.

Important notice: The batteries in an electric vehicle cannot be turned off.  Even with safety disconnect switches, contactors, etc. the individual batteries are still “ON” and cannot be turned off.  A safe practice is to always work with any circuit as if it is HOT even if you are “certain” the power source is disconnected.
